Product Scope and Solutions
The thirty (30) subsystems and components of our product address a broad range of capabilities that provide our customers the “blocking and tackling” function and feature so necessary to provide effective day to day care management services.
We would like to highlight a few of the product capabilities that will help put our detail functional responses in perspective:
Comprehensive Integration Subsystem
Our TruCare product includes an integration subsystem that provides for batch, near real time and real time integration using an ETL engine and an extensive set of Web services. TruCare supports some 30 integration and data feed functions
DCM Infrastructure
All components of the product built on and intelligent to DCM allowing for variable CM programs for any segmentation of your member populations
High Acuity Member Specific Subsystems:
TruCare’s unique fully user configurable screens to structure notes that are not just text but data – and place them in the workflow. Allowing for standardization in data entry and assuring consistency in maintaining member history
TruCare Rules Engine
Our imbedded rules engine is used to invoke user defined rules throughout the system
TruCare Actions
A gaps-in-care and opportunity management subsystem, using the TruCare Rules Engine. We have designed TruCare actions to address both data analysis and real time event/action generation. As such, TruCare Actions contains both event scanning crawlers and data crawlers. The event crawler identifies key actions to be taken based upon clinical rules determined by the users. Results will initiate actions in TruCare real-time and not just in batch mode. The data scanners can be used for a wide range of complex data driven identification of high risk members

TruCare ships with 35 Care Plans, 40 Assessments and 140 key metric data structures, all pre-configured
Reporting and Analytics
Enterprise level reporting and data analysis capability – fully integrated across all TruCare functions
TruConnect
A portal based solution to allow providers and other caregivers associated with our customers access to TruCare. These “outside the fire wall” care givers will have access to read, edit and add care plans, notes, tasks and alerts. Such access as determined and configured by our customers. In addition this portal will support interoperability with EMR’s and HIE’s
