BEDFORD, MA – For the 2nd year in a row, Casenet®, LLC is awarded the 2018 Best in KLAS Award for Care Management Solutions in the payer market. Casenet continues to lead the industry in client satisfaction, solution innovation and population health initiatives with more than 34 million people's health needs supported or soon to be supported by its platform.

Best in KLAS

In late 2017, KLAS delivered its KLAS 2017 Care Management Software Solutions Performance Report which names the top-performing healthcare IT and services companies based on customer feedback from interviews. Casenet's TruCare platform again leads the competition in the categories of overall performance and long-term plans. The report indicated:  “Casenet continues to perform well above the market average with Casenet clients feeling Casenet genuinely understands their needs…”

Casenet earned high scores among KLAS-rated vendors in the following evaluation categories:

  • Overall/Future: Casenet stood out for both overall performance and meeting long-term client needs.
  • Future: Casenet scored the highest for its clients' commitment to keeping Casenet as part of their long-term plans.
  • Innovation: Casenet scored at the top in the delivery of new technology to support population health initiatives.

Casenet continues to drive value for its clients with its newest TruCare 6.4 release, its team member growth and client expansion. TruCare 6.4 delivers new features to improve provider engagement, member communications and compliance with regulatory requirements while reducing costs. TruCare 6.4 also delivers Spanish language capabilities to support health plans with Spanish speaking employees.

Recently, the company has also accelerated its growth in client engagements and expansions. In addition to recognition from KLAS, Casenet's TruCare has been recognized by Global Health and Pharma (GHP) for its award-winning capabilities and implementations, and impactful initiatives to align care and advance health.

A Year Elevated By High Client Satisfaction, Client Expansion and New Implementations

With payers across the U.S. relying on Casenet's TruCare platform for their population health initiatives, Casenet continues to deliver on-time and on-budget implementations and exceptional customer service which have earned Casenet another 93 percent customer satisfaction rating in 2017. Casenet also ended the year strongly with two current clients acquiring and implementing its newest solution, the TruCare ProAuth™ provider authorization submission utility.

“Casenet is pleased to again be chosen by KLAS as the top performing care management vendor. Casenet continues to advance our clients' population health initiatives through innovative product development, team member growth and client success initiatives,” said Peter Masanotti, CEO of Casenet. “And with the addition of new content, analytics and correspondence partners, the Casenet platform will even better support client outcomes, compliance and operational efficiency goals today and into the future.”
