TruCare has played a critical role in our health plan’s ability to create efficiencies across programs, develop new strategies for serving our members and bring previously outsourced activities in-house to better serve our members. TruCare’s intuitive usability, along with data and system capabilities allow our case managers and utilization management nurses to see the full picture of a member and efficiently work with the member telephonically while recording information via an assessment, note, or authorization.
