TruCare’s production database is replicated in real-time to an operational data store (ODS) for immediate data access without disruption to application users. In addition to reports that can be run by non-technical staff, Jaspersoft Studio allows IT to create complex reports using SQL queries and Stored Procedures allowing for a more detailed analysis of data.
